BELIEVE IT OR NOT! Finally, an agreement in which it is agreed that maybe an agreement will be reached

After 104 days of bombing, several threats of total destruction, a three-dozen announcements of peace agreements followed by new attacks or threats causing in enormous stock market volatility, which some speculated were precisely the purpose of those announcements and threats, President Donald Trump announced yet another agreement yesterday, which, to be announced on his birthday, I speculate cost him several concessions, in addition to a concession to his own narcissism.

The announced memorandum of understanding will be signed at the end of this week and, from what it appears so far, leaves the most difficult issues for later, including the fate of the enriched uranium stockpile.
