It's easy to guess who said it. The circumstances are more difficult. A person with a modicum of decency and common sense would guess it was at a MAGA rally. Right? Wrong. It was during the Trump's 2026 State of the Union address.

Indiganções à parte, desconfio que o Presidente Trump não partilhará o conceito de "decência" do (Im)Pertinente.
E eu também não, muito sinceramente. Por exemplo, esta parte,

é ou não verdade? Não foi exactamente isso que o Bidé fez? Isso é que é ser decente? Destruir a demografia de um país injectando-lhe aquilo que de pior existe no terceiro mundo?
Cá em Portugal há muita gente que pensa como Trump nesta matéria - não em relação a todos os imigrantes em geral, mas em relação a imigrantes pobres (os ricos não fazem mal) vindos do subcontinente indiano (os vindos de outras paragens também não fazem mal).
Infelizmente, as pessoas que pensam desta maneira em Portugal têm uma influência não despicienda na atuação do atual Governo português. E também num partido que se diz liberal, mas que em matéria de imigração não parece nada liberal.

Não é verdade. Os imigrantes vindos de África e da América Central /do Sul também não são bem vistos. Os do Brasil, em particular, são geralmente encarados ou como potenciais criminosos, ou como potenciais socialistas, ou as duas coisas ao mesmo tempo.
Aliás, os brasileiros e os indianos têm uma característica em comum extremamente mal vista entre aqueles que não querem mais imigração: em criando a sua própria empresa ou negócio, tendem a empregar única e exclusivamente outros brasileiros ou indianos. Ou seja, eles podem discriminar por raça/etnia/nacionalidade abertamente, enquanto nós não podemos.
