Not: European AI   When you can’t innovate, I guess you regulate?  The EU now has more AI regulations than meaningful AI companies.    So a heartfelt congrats to the EU on their landmark AI legislation and continued efforts to remain a nothing-burger market for technology innovation.  Bravo!  I wonder what great European entrepreneurial talent will do against this backdrop. Immigrate to Canada or the USA?  Also, as an FYI for Thierry Breton — the EU is not a continent.
